How often should I sealcoat my driveway or parking lot?
Roy’s recommends that you seal your Driveway/Parking lot every 2-3 years. That will depend on how much exposure to the sun the pavement has and also how much tree cover is protecting the pavement.

Procedures:
Before crack sealing, all cracks will be cleaned of dirt, debris and weeds with high pressure air compressor, excessive blockage or if moisture is present in the cracks a hot air lance may be used.
